Oxymorons with view in an elegant context is the personal exhibition that the Municipality of Cuggiono dedicates to the work of Johnny Hermann, designer and artist with an unbridled passion for wood and its manual processing.

In the suggestive setting of Villa Annoni in Cuggiono, a collection of works, large sculptures or small revisited daily objects is on display, proposed according to a thematic itinerary.

A complete experience that recounts Johnny Hermann’s career through works already known to the public and more recent works; a journey into the world of wood and matter, where materials are not simple supports but vehicles designed to carry Hermann’s vision.

A lucid thought full of disenchantment on contemporary society, a sarcastic criticism swollen with bitterness but aware of a future rebirth.

An exhibition conceived as a journey into the imagination of a sculptor and carpenter artist who wants to accompany the visitor in the maze of his imagination, hand in hand.
