From Thursday 18 April 2019 in Bari you can admire Wall Surfaces (27 stops – Bari), the last work of the British artist David Tremlett (St. Austell, Cornwall, 1945).

The work is a permanent wall drawing created within an important redevelopment project of the monumental complex of Santa Chiara and San Francesco della Scarpa, in via Pier l’Eremita 25 in Bari.

The project, made possible thanks to the financial contribution of the Directorate General for Contemporary Art and Architecture and Urban Peripheries of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities, constitutes an important public art operation intended to transform the visual impact of the pre-existing twentieth-century architecture that connects with each other. the two main historical buildings of the Santa Chiara complex, reconnecting the dialogue between the two monumental architectures with an artistic intervention.
