The exhibition marks the start of the Photographic Archives project, the result of the new partnership between Fiera Milano Foundation, AFIP International and La Triennale di Milano.

Perspective. Journey to the Fiera Milano Archives is promoted by the Fiera Milano Foundation in collaboration with AFIP International (Professional Italian Photographers Association) and the Milan Triennale and with the patronage of the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan. The exhibition represents the first important episode of the photographic archives project (with which it shares the name) wanted by the Foundation and AFIP for the creation of a center of excellence open to the city for the enhancement of photography as an art of our time.

The exhibition, curated by OMA / Ippolito Pestellini Laparelli, offers the public the opportunity to get in touch with the photographic funds of the Archive of the Fiera Milano Foundation, which since 2011 have been the subject of an impressive digitalization and cataloging campaign; through a story through images on the history of Italian society and economy in the last century.
